Once you contact Renewing Hearts, you can expect to hear from us within one business day.  New clients can typically be scheduled within 1-2 weeks.  If you do not have a specific counselor/life coach in mind, we will help match you with someone who best fits your needs and schedule. New client forms will be emailed to you before your first appointment.

 

We offer in-office and virtual appointments Monday-Friday, with evening and Saturday availability offered by some team members.
 

Appointments typically range from 50-55 minutes, with fees ranging from $125-$150 per session. Your specific session fee will be discussed when scheduling your first appointment. We do not accept insurance; however, HSA cards are accepted.  We also accept cash, check, credit card or Venmo.
